Vermont Public Service Board
The Vermont Public Service Board supervises the rates, quality of service, and overall financial management of Vermont's public utilities. The Board ordered the creation of Efficiency Vermont in response to a request from the Vermont Department of Public Service, all of the state's twenty-two electric utilities, and a dozen consumer and environmental groups.
