Instant cash coupons at local stores - Efficiency Vermont works with stores throughout the state to offer coupons for efficient lighting products. The participating stores have the following coupons for ENERGY STAR bulb packages: $1 off for packages of up to three spiral CFLs, $3 off for packages of up to three specialty CFLs, $4 off for four or five packs of sprial or specialty CFLs, and $6 off for packages of six or more specialty or spiral CFLs.

There are also coupons for fixtures ($10 off), torchiere and floor lamps ($10 off), and eligible LEDs ($30 off) right at the register.  

Internet Ordering- Order your light bulbs on line and take advantage of the same discounts offered in the catalog.

• There is a limit of 6 single-bulb packages, 6 fixtures or 2 multi-bulb packages per residential Vermont electric utility account per calendar year.
• There is a limit of 25 single-bulb packages, 25 fixtures, 25 multi-bulb (4-5 bulb) packages, or 16 multi-bulb (6 or more bulbs) per Vermont business electric utility account per calendar year.

Appliance Type	Rebates Available	Description
Room Air Conditioners		ENERGY STAR qualified room air conditioners: use 10-20% less energy than conventional models, reducing energy bills and helping our environment. They also have advanced technologies, and are often the quietest models on the market.
Dehumidifiers		The ENERGY STAR residential dehumidifiers eligible for this rebate remove the same amount of moisture as similarly sized standard units, but use at least 10-20% less energy.
Refrigerators and Freezers		ENERGY STAR qualified refrigerators and freezers use half the electricity of a standard 10-year-old refrigerator. Since ENERGY STAR qualified refrigerators and freezers use advanced features such as better insulation and more efficient technology, they can save you up to $100 per year on your electric bill.
Clothes Washers		ENERGY STAR qualified clothes washers save up to $60 a year in energy and water costs.

Receive a $100 rebate for purchasing an ENERGY STAR forced hot air Furnace with ECM fan motor. Contractor Incentives are also available for installing high efficient equipment. Offer good through December 31, 2010.

Receive a $100 rebate for purchasing a ducted central air-conditioning system (<5.4 tons) where both the condensing unit and coil are matched and together meet or exceed 14.5 SEER and 12 EER. Please note: ductless mini-split systems do not qualify for rebates at this time. Contractor Incentives are also available for installing high efficient equipment.
