Efficiency Vermont’s Energy Code Plus service is designed for homes that go beyond the minimum energy code in Vermont but are not built to the more efficient ENERGY STAR® level.
Energy Code Plus helps builders to meet and exceed Vermont’s energy code requirements as well as provide incentives for select energy efficiency upgrades. This service is provided at no cost and offers a solid foundation for builders wishing to transition to building ENERGY STAR® homes.
