Efficiency Vermont offers a $50 rebate on select ENERGY STAR^® qualified clothes washer models. Offer good through June 30, 2012. The select ENERGY STAR appliances eligible for this rebate help you save more energy and money while helping to protect the environment.

The select ENERGY STAR clothes washers eligible for this rebate:

• Can save up to $60 annually in energy and water costs.
• Can save up to 7,500 gallons of water per year, per household.
• Reduce drying time and offer gentler cleaning action which creates less wear-and-tear on your clothes than most conventional models.

Eligibility and terms of promotion:

• Valid for purchases made 12/1/11 through 6/30/12. All rebate requests for purchases made 12/1/11 through 6/30/12 must be postmarked no later than 7/31/12.
• Eligible clothes washers must be installed in a home with an electric utility account in Vermont.
• The Select ENERGY STAR clothes washers eligible for rebate meet the Consortium for Energy Efficiency's (CEE) Tier 3 Specifications. Only select appliances are eligible for these rebates.

• This rebate offer is available to all electric utility customers in Vermont and must be installed in Vermont.
• This rebate may be subject to change without prior notice.
• This rebate may not be combined with any other Efficiency Vermont offer.
• Efficiency Vermont reserves the right to conduct field inspections to verify installations.
• Limitation of liability: Efficiency Vermont does not guarantee the performance of installed equipment expressly or implicitly.
• In accepting these financial incentives, the customer agrees that Efficiency Vermont holds the sole rights to any electric system capacity credits and/or environmental credits associated with the energy efficiency measures for which incentives have been received. These credits will be used for the benefit of Vermont ratepayers. Limit one rebate per Vermont electric account per year.
