The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's program that helps consumers identify energy-efficient products, ranging from lighting and heating equipment to new homes.

Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnership (NEEP)

Renewable Energy Resource Center
The Renewable Energy Resource Center (RERC) provides Vermonters with information on solar electric, solar hot water, and small wind renewable energy systems. The Vermont Department of Public Service uses public advocacy, planning, programs, and other actions to meet the public's need for least-cost, environmentally sound, efficient, reliable, secure, sustainable, and safe energy, telecommunications, and regulated utility systems in the state.

Vermont Public Service Board
The Vermont Public Service Board supervises the rates, quality of service, and overall financial management of Vermont's public utilities. The Board ordered the creation of Efficiency Vermont in response to a request from the Vermont Department of Public Service, all of the state's 22 electric utilities, and a dozen consumer and environmental groups.
